This one has an extra emphasis on glutes! Join us for a 75 minute full body strength and stretch class! We start with 45 minutes of pure strength exercises where you can move at your own pace and complete as many repetitions as possible, then we immediately transition to a 30 minute stretch class. Bring a heavier (12-20 pounds) and lighter set of dumbbells (5-10 pounds) and a yoga mat.

Blend together a traditional Power Yoga class with bootcamp bursts of cardio and strength and you get one hour of YogaBurn! This class is done barefoot on a yoga mat and will leave you feeling sweaty, strong, and stretched out. Always feel free to skip or modify bootcamp bursts by going to a child's pose, and option to add your own music soundtrack or work to the sound of your breath.
