Use a heavier set of dumbbells (8-15 pounds), wear supportive shoes, and grab a yoga mat. We'll challenge ourselves with full-body strength and cardio exercises that can be modified up or down to your fitness level. Finish feeling stronger!

We use our body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. This 45-minute class rotates through 8 rounds of 2 exercises, and can be as challenging as you want to make it! "Make your body your machine."

This class is done barefoot on a yoga mat and will leave you feeling sweaty, strong, and stretched out. Always feel free to skip or modify bootcamp bursts by going to a child's pose, and option to add your own music soundtrack or work to the sound of your breath.
