Our next live class will be Tuesday, April 15th!
I arrived in Cabo with my family over the weekend and as I type this newsletter, I am lounging by the pool on a sunbed under an umbrella with perfect 75 degree weather. My girls are taking a walk on the beach counting the amount of puffer fish that washed ashore... umm yes, BLOWFISH. Yesterday's count was 63!!! Needless to say, this hotel is not for swimming in the ocean, but we'll do some water activities elsewhere later in the week! I am so grateful to enjoy a relaxing vacation sleeping in, eating yummy tacos and churros, and celebrating my sister-in-law's 40th birthday with my family!

Later in April, we have an amazing group of 43 dancers flying to Michael Franti's Soulshine Bali resort for our 3rd Power With Grace retreat! Please mark your calendars as we will not have live classes that week!
Thank you for your understanding when regular classes are cancelled. Remember that all our classes are recorded and available on-demand when I am out of town (unlimited access to on-demand classes is included in our PWG Membership!).
Awesome since 1959!
Last week we celebrated a Stop Drop and Dance class for Andrea Spencer with the theme of yellow and the beginning of spring! She was so sweet to bring yellow daisies for everyone! Thank you also to Sara Rainbolt and Lisa Butcher for decorating the background and getting Andrea the best birthday sign, "Awesome Since 1959!"
Andrea has been one of our most loyal dance, strength and yoga students since the very beginning, and she proves that age really is just a number because at 66 years old, she easily kicks higher, lifts heavier, stretches deeper and dances harder than most of us!
Andrea is truly an incredible person both inside and out! Thank you to everyone who could celebrate with her last week (and celebrate April Fools Day with our Bongo Cat version of Uptown Funk)!

Hands Off!
For those of you that don't know, we have a WhatsApp social group that you can opt to join into (there is a QR code on our check-in table). All sorts of posts come up from people sharing "Dancers in the Wild" photos (aka when you bump into another dancer somewhere outside of class), seeking recommendations for tutors to contractors to dermatologists, organizing social events like hiking or concerts or karaoke, and so much more.
Most recently was a National Day of Action to join the Hands Off! peaceful protest at the Marin County Civic Center.
Thank you to Laura Williams for sharing about the event and even opening up her home a few days before to host a sign making party! Then this past Saturday, thank you to everyone who was brave enough to join the protest against Donald Trump and Elon Musk and stand up against their abuse of power on America.
