Dear Friends,
Classes Are Back In Session!
Who is ready to dance??
Our regular class schedule resumes TOMORROW, Tuesday, February 25th with 60 minutes of Stop Drop and Dance at 9:30am followed by an optional 10-15 minute core/abs/stretch (bring a mat)! Then on Wednesday, bring two sets of dumbbells and a mat for our 75 minute Strength & Stretch class at 9:30am!
Join us this Thursday, February 27th, as we celebrate Kim Stuart's 50th and Paula Todd's Birthday!
The theme for Thursday's 75 minute Stop Drop and Dance class at 9:30am is "Putting on the Glitz" for the upcoming Oscars! Wear anything that you can dance in that is shiny, shimmery or sequiny and come celebrate Kim and Paula!
All classes are located at UUMarin, the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Marin, located at 240 Channing Way in San Rafael.

Stick Together
Last week, my family and I spent the week skiing/snowboarding in Park City and the weather was perfect with pleasant temperatures, very little wind, and a light flurry all day leaving a layer of powder on the slopes.
It was also perfect because we spent the first half of the week with a close family that we used to travel with every year pre-pandemic, since our oldest children were 1.5 years old. Then the second half of the week, another close family came from Miami to spend time with us in the snow.
In addition, I was grateful to have a rest day where I met up with one of our dancers, Bonnie Kirkpatrick, who lives half the year in Park City and drove 20 minutes in the snow to my hotel just to chat and get to know each other better. And my heart was also happy to see that some of you formed a hiking group last Thursday to still get together during our normal class time!
"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
- Vesta Kelly
I missed you all and can't wait to see you tomorrow!
Love,
Grace
