Will you help us win the Marin Magazine Best of County 2024 "Best Health & Wellness Coach?"
Friends, I humbly ask for only 30 seconds of your time RIGHT NOW (I promise it's that quick!).
Please click on the button below and on the second page, WRITE-IN "Grace Yu - The Power With Grace" under the category of "Best Health & Wellness Coach."
Sadly, we have never even made it on the list to be recognized as a business in this annual Marin Magazine competition every May. Your vote will help bring tremendous recognition and growth to our Stop Drop and Dance classes to residents all over Marin County!
Thank you to all of you who have already voted and supported our small business!

POV: When we know it was your birthday last week but we didn't get to celebrate you... yet!
Tanya was out of town for her actual birthday, so she decided to skip her annual Stop Drop and Dance birthday celebration. But last Thursday when she came back to class, of course we had to give her a shoutout during our last song!
Happy "Werk Out" Birthday Tanya Burdick!
If your birthday is coming up, or you know it is your friend's birthday in class (and they wouldn't mind a little love and attention), please share it with us so we can celebrate together!
Sending immense love to:
Those who left their mom
Those who lost a child
Those who yearn to be a mom
Those who choose be child free
Those who are single moms
Those who may not know their mom
Those who are estranged from their mom
on this Mother's Day.
- Kind Cotton
As I have gotten older, I am reminded on a daily basis that life is a fragile balance of highs and lows.
On any given day, I know someone who is celebrating something wonderful and I know someone who is suffering through something terrible.
Everyday, we all experience mood swings that instantly change how we feel.
My answer to living life?
Choose to love.
When you lose someone important to you,
Remember how deeply they loved you,
and share that love with others.
When you get hurt by someone,
Turn your attention to those that don't hurt you,
and surround yourself with their love.
When you feel alone and unloved,
Give love without expecting anything in return,
and one day you will receive love back.
When something happens to upset you,
Don't let that ruin the rest of your day,
and make time to do something that you love.
When you have someone you love,
Stop waiting, forgetting, or assuming,
and tell them how much you love them right now.
Choose to love every day as it is.
Choose to love life.
Love,
Grace
