Yoga Mat & Jersey Tomorrow!
Please join us tomorrow, Tuesday, February 4th at 9:30am @UUMarin (240 Channing Way, San Rafael) for a special birthday celebration for Debby Strenkofsky! Since we just finished our 3-hour Dance-A-Thon yesterday, we're changing up the format just a little bit per Debby's request!
We will Stop Drop and Dance for 45 minutes and then Stretch for 30 minutes (bring a yoga mat)!
Feel free to stay just for the dancing or join us the whole 75 minutes. The stretches will be easy seated or supine stretches on the floor for all levels!
If you have a favorite team jersey, please wear it!

A LOVE-ly Dance-A-Thon!
There's just WAY too much to process from last night's epic 3-hour Dance-a-thon...
I still have boxes to sort and unload in my garage...
I'm not done collecting photos from everyone...
My body is in major recovery mode...
So for now, the photo above is my teaser photo, a highlight moment when we had just finished dancing to 45(!!!) songs and only had ONE more song left...
And I brought my (very shy and very reluctant) family up on stage to thank them for all their LOVE and support in front of the whole Power With Grace community.
