Learn the "APT" Viral Dance!
In September, we learned the "Criminals" Dance from "The Perfect Couple" show on Netflix. In October, we learned the "Thriller" Dance from Michael Jackson's epic music video.
This Saturday, November 16th at 9:30am, join us for a 60 minute choreography class to learn the "APT" Viral Dance by Rose and Bruno Mars!
In our choreography classes, we spend time learning the movements at an easy slow pace without music, and then we review the movements many times so that everyone feels successful. During the last part of class, we will film the dance as a whole group!
Wear ROSE colored clothing if you have any!!!

Our Holiday Schedule
Please mark your calendars for a few changes to our schedule during the holiday season:
Classes will be cancelled:
Saturday, November 30th &
Saturday, December 21st to Wednesday, December 25th
(Remember that one of the benefits of a membership is that all our previous classes are recorded and are available on-demand, so even if live classes are cancelled, you can always get a workout from home on our website! Members have unlimited on-demand access and non-members can purchase classes a-la-carte!)
We WILL be dancing on Thanksgiving morning at 9:30am @UUMarin for our annual 75 minute Stop Drop and Dance celebration!

Well, here we are.
All taking one step at a time.
And baby steps count.
Whether it was having a record-number quintet Lisa's in class on Tuesday (Butcher, Hockin, Hudson, Parker and Young!!!) or celebrating Debby's Christmas outfit (NAMASLEIGH!) on Thursday and dancing to Todrick Hall's, "Bells, Bows, Gifts, Trees," there is always one common theme in our classes:
Be grateful for the little things.
There is so much going wrong.
But never lose sight of all that is right.
I can't wait to see you Saturday for our rose-colored "APT" dance session, and I hope you take advantage of our super cute limited offer BEANIES!
